Supplies Needed
Forum Template # 60 by me here

Plugins
Graphics Plus Cross Shadow
DSB Flux Bright Noise

The tube I used Brown Color Seires by Keith Garvey, you can purchase this tube from PTE here

The name of my font is Tagette
I used size 48 after resizing my tag



Open your template, shift D to duplicate & close original
Delete credit layer

Floodfill your bg layer with a color from your tube
Add texture>fine canvas, scale 50, depth 3
Apply graphics plus cross shadow using default settings

Floodfill the bar layers with a darker shade of your color
Merge down
Add an inner bevel & drop shadow

Add a drop shadow to your lace
Change opacity to 60

Activate the star layer
Select all>float>defloat
Add a new raster layer
Floodfill with your first color
Add an inner bevel & drop shadow
Change layer properties to burn

Floodfill your border layers with your first color
Add an inner bevel & drop shadow

Activate one of your square layers
Select all>float>defloat

Activate the left square layer
Paste your close up tube as a new layer
Resize as needed
Position into place
Invert your selection
Delete
Deselect
Add drop shadow

Duplicate & mirror

Move the duplicated layer to below the right border layer

Activate one of the flowers
Select all>float>defloat
Add a new raster layer
Floodfill with a contrasting color
Deselect
Add an inner bevel & drop shadow
Delete the original flower layer
Change layer properties to hard light

Repeat with the other flower

Duplicate both flowers 2 times
Apply dsb flux bright noise intensity 45, mix checked on both your top animation layers

Rpeat on both your middle layers changing intensity to 50

Repeat on both your bottom layers changing intensity to 55

Resize all layers to 70%

Add your text, name & © info


Animation:

Hide your middle & bottom animation layers
Merge visible
Copy & paste into animation shop

Undo your merge
Hide your top layers & unhide your middle layers
Merge & paste after current in animation shop

Undo your merge
Hide your middle layers & unhide your bottom layers
Merge visible & paste after current in animation shop

View your animation

Save as gif & you're all done!
