Cybia Screenworks
Xenofex Constellation
DSB Flux Bright Noise
The tubes I used White Stuff & Snowflake are by Majestik Art, you can purchase these tubes from MTA here
The name of my font is Nightsky
I used size 42 & 48
Open new transparent canvas 930x375, we will resize later
Floodfill with the light blue from the scrapkit color palette
Apply cybia screenworks, fabric weave
Apply xenofex constellation
Click on settings then on low density
Check the keep original image button
Paste moon & stars 4 as a new layer
Resize to 50%
Position upper center
Select all>float>defloat
Add a new raster layer
Invert your selection
Floodfill with your bg color
Deselect & merge down
Apply dsb flux bright noise intensity 60, mix checked
Copy & paste into aniamtion shop
Effects>insert image effect>rotate>default settings
Delete frame 1
Select all
Reverse your frames
Resize to 50% & then again to 70%
Activate frame 1 and select all
Back to psp
Paste your tubes as new layers
Resize as needed & position at both sides
Add drop shadow
Paste fairy as a new layer
Resize to 30%
Position at the center bottom
Add drop shadow
Paste various flares & stars as new layers
Resize as needed
Add an inner bevel & drop shadow
Position in various areas of your tag
Resize all layers to 70%
Add your text, name & © info
Animation:
Delete your moon layer
Merge all, copy & paste into animation shop
Multiply until you have 10 frames
Activate frame 1 & select all
Grab your moon by frame 1 and drop into place on frame 1 of your tag
View your animation
Save as gif & you're all done!
