Supplies Needed
Moon, lips, rock formation & stars (zip file) here

Plugins
Plugins AB 08 Wire Meshings
Xenofex Constellation
Mura Meister Cloud

The tube I used Sunset (14-3) is by Rachel Anderson, you can purchase this tube from CDO here

The name of the font I used is Night Sky
I used size 48


Open new transparent canvas 930x375, we will resize later
Floodfill with dark blue
Apply wire meshings with these settings


Apply constellation
Settings>star field>keep original image checked

Add a new raster layer
Apply mura meister cloud
Preset menu>thin clouds>bg & light unchecked
Change layer properties to dodge

Paste your tube as a new layer
Resize as needed and add drop shadow
Position in a lower corner
I changed the layer properties to hard light

Paste rock formation as a new layer
Add drop shadow
Position to fit under your tube
Change layer properties to hard light

Paste your moon as a new layer
Resize to 60%
Position in upper corner opposite your tube

Paste your lips as a new layer
Add drop shadow
Duplicate
Resize to 50%
Position on your moon
Change layer properties to dodge

On your original lips change layer properties to exclusion

Resize all layers to 70%

Add your text, name & © info


Animation:

Merge all
Copy & paste into animation shop
Multiply until you have 21 frames
Activate frame 1 & select all

Open your star animation
Activate frame 1 & select all
Grab frame 1 & drop onto frame 1 of your tag
It's important to View your animation after each step so if you don't like it you can undo easily

Go back to the stars & undo (CTRL Z)
Repeat this as many times as you want
Reverse the star animation for the right side of your tag

View your animation

Save as gif & you're all done!
