Supplies Needed

My newest scrapkit All A Bloom here

The tube I used Baby Witch is a bonus tube for May 2012 and is by Caron Vinson, you can get this tube from CDO here

The name of the font I used is Elegant

I used size 60

Open new transparent canvas 700x700, we will resize later

Select all

Paste paper 21 into selection

Deselect

Paste ribbon 1 as a new layer

Resize to 80%

Position at the top of your tag

Add drop shadow

Duplicate & flip

Duplicate & rotate left 90

Duplicate, mirror & merge down

Move to below your first ribbon

Merge all ribbon layers

Duplicate 2 times

Add gaussian noise, monochrome unchecked, 40%

Repeat on other 2 layers changing noise to 45 & 50%

Paste frame 7 as a new layer

Resize to 75%

Position near the top of your tag

Click inside with your magic wand

Expand 3

Add a new raster layer

Paste paper 1 into selection

Move to below your frame layer

Do Not Deselect

Paste your close up tube as a new layer

Resize as needed

Invert your selection

Delete & deselect

Add drop shadow

Move to below your frame

Add drop shadow to your frame

Paste fence 1 as a new layer

Resize to 75%

Position at the bottom of your tag

Add drop shadow

Paste your main tube as a new layer

Duplicate & hide the original

Resize as needed

Position on the left side of the fence at the bottom of your tag

(I had to mirror my tube)

Activate your fence layer

Select all>float>defloat

Add a new raster layer

Unhide your tube

Copy & delete

Paste into selection

Deselect

Change layer properties to soft light

Add drop shadow

Paste mom 1 as a new layer

Resize to 60%

Position near the top of your fence

Add drop shadow

Paste fairy flower 1 as a new layer

Resize to 25%

Position at the bottom of your mom element

Add drop shadow

Move to below your mom layer

Paste bird house 1 as a new layer

Resize to 50%

Position a the lower right corner

Add drop shadow

Paste bees in love 1 as a new layer

Resize to 60%

Rotate left 25

Add drop shadow

Position in upper left corner

Duplicate & mirror

Duplicate the right one & resize to 75%

Position on top of the bird house

Duplicate & position on your fence

Paste butterfly 1 as a new layer

Resize to 30%

Position onto the pole of your bird house

Add drop shadow

Paste crocus 1 as a new layer

Resize to 20%

Position on your fence

Add drop shadow

Duplicate

Position at the right center of your ribbons

Duplicate, mirror & merge down

Duplicate & position at the bottom of your tag

Duplicate & flip

Resize all layers to 70%

Add your text, name & © info

Animation:

Hide animation 2 & 3

Merge visible

Copy & paste into animation shop

Undo your merge

Hide animation 1 & unhide #2

Merge & paste after current in animation shop

Undo your merge

Hide animation 2 & unhide #3

Merge visible & paste after current in animation shop

View your animation

Save as gif & you're all done!
