Plugins

Xero Porcelain

Eyecandy 4 HSB Noise

The tube I used Cats is by Anna Liwanag, you can purchase this tube from PTE here

Open a new transparent canvas 700x700, we will resize later

Floodfill with a color from your tube

Paste your tube as a new layer

Resize as needed

Apply Xero Porcelain using default settings

Add drop shadow

Activate your rectangle shape tool

Width 18, background null

Pick a color from your tube or use a gradient & draw a rectangle or square around your tube

Align Center

Add an inner bevel

Click inside your frame with your magic wand

Expand 3

Add a new raster layer

Floodfill with a pattern or gradient

Deselect

Move to below your tube layer

Activate the top layer

Add a new raster layer

Floodfill with same color or pattern you filled the frame with

Select all

Contract 12

Delete

Deselect

Add an inner bevel

Resize all layers to 70%

Add your text, name & © info

Animation:

Merge your text & name layers

Duplicate twice

Apply Eyecandy HSB Noise to each text layer clicking the random seed button each time

Merge & paste your frames into animation shop

Save as gif & you're all done!
