Xero Fritillary

Graphics Plus Cross Shadow

The tube I used Cat is by Alicia Mujica, you can get this tube for free from Alicia's blog here

The font I used is called Carrington

Open a new transparent canvas 700x700, we will resize later

Floodfill with a color from your tube

Apply xero fritillary changing the top & bottom #'s to 12

Apply graphics plus cross shadow using default settings

Paste your tube as a new layer

Resize to 20%

Duplicate 9 times for 10 layers

From the top rename these layers to animation 1, 2, 3, etc

Activate animation 1

Apply muara meister copies changing the top 3 #'s to 60 (this will depend on the size of your tube, play around with it), set Phase at 100

Preset menu set to Spiral, shift mode Circle

Activate animation 2

Apply copies decreasing the phase by 10 to 90

change phase to 80 on animation 3

Decrease phase by 10 on each layer

On the last layer the phase # should be 10

Hide all these layers for now

Paste your tube as a new layer again

Resize as needed

Add drop shadow

Activate your preset shapes tool

Draw out a star

Add an inner bevel & drop shadow

Duplicate

Resize to 75%

Repeat 2 more times

Position in various places on your tag

Resize all layers to 70%

Add your text, name & © info

 

Animation:

Unhide animation 1

Merge visible

Copy & paste into animation shop

Undo your merge

Hide animation 1, unhide animation 2

Merge & paste after current in animation shop

Keep doing this all the way down the animation layers

View your animation

Save as gif & you're all done!
