Supplies Needed

Plugins

Graphics Plus Cross Shadow

The tube I used Feeling Better  is by Maxine Gadd

, you can purchase this tube from PTE here

Open your template, shift D to duplicate & close original

Delete credit layer

Resize to 800x800

Activate photo 1 layer

Select all>float>defloat

Add a new raster layer

Floodfill with a color from your tube

Do Not Deselect

Paste your tube as a new layer

Resize as needed

Rotate right 5

Position into place 

Invert your selection

Delete

Deselect

Add drop shadow

Activate frame 1

Add an inner bevel

Add drop shadow, 3 times

Activate the flowers layer

Select all>float>defloat

Add a new raster layer

Floodfill with various colors

Change layer properties to lighten

Merge down

Add an inner bevel

Add drop shadow, twice

Activate line 4

Floodfill with one of your flower colors

Add an inner bevel

Add drop shadow, twice

Repeat on line 2

Repeat on lines 1 & 3 using a different color

Activate the dot line layer

Floodfill with another color

Add an inner bevel

Add drop shadow, twice

Activate the wave layer

Select all>float>defloat

Add a new raster layer

Floodfill with one of your colors

Change layer properties to overlay

Deselect

Merge down

Activate photo 2

Floodfill with one of your colors

Apply graphics plus cross shadow using default settings

Activate frame 2

Add an inner bevel

Add drop shadow, 3 times

Repeat on the tack layer

Activate the bg layer

Floodfill with a pattern or gradient

Resize all layers to 70%

Add your text, name & © info

Merge all

Save as jpg & you're all done!
