Supplies Needed

Mask 20 by Lithium Flower Creations here

Cat wordart by me here (Choice of 6 font styles)

Meow wordart by me here (Choice of 6 font styles)

Gold Wire here

Plugins

Xenofex Constellation

The tube I used is by CEI Kool, you will need a license to use which you can purchase from MPT here

Open a new transparent canvas 800x325, we will resize later

Floodfill with a light color from your tube

New raster layer

Floodfill with a dark color from your tube

Apply mask

Merge group

Paste gold wire as a new layer

Resize to 50%

Duplicate 2 times

Move one to the left, align the edges together

Repeat with the last one aligning on the right

Merge these 3 layers

Duplicate

Apply xenofex constellation with these settings

Repeat on othe layer clicking on the random seed button

Rename these layers to animation 1 & 2

Paste your tube as a new layer

Add drop shadow

Paste Cat a Tude wordart as a new layer

Floodfill with a color from your tag

Resize to 75%

Add a bevel, I used bevel #3 width 1

Effects>Edge Effects>Enchance

Paste meow wordart

Repeat same steps as above

Add your name

Resize all layers to 75%

Add your © info

Hide animation 1

Merge visible

Copy & paste into animation shop

Undo your merge

Unhide animation 1

Hide animation 2

Copy & paste after current in animation shop

Save as gif & you're all done!
