Supplies Needed

Scrapkit Blue Bayou by Babsbitzybeez here

The tube I used Housewife is by Tony Tzanoukakis, you can purchase this tube from PTE here

Open a new transparent canvas 700x700, we will resize later

Select all

Paste paper 8 into selection

Deselect

Paste your tube as a new layer

Add drop shadow

Paste frame 6 as a new layer

Resize to 80%

Using your magic wand click inside the frame

Expand 3

Add a new raster layer

Paste paper 6 into selection

Deselect

Move to below your frame layer

Paste floral vine as a new layer

Resize to 60%

Position at the bottom of your frame

Add drop shadow

Paste star charm as a new layer

Resize to 50%

Position on left

Add drop shadow

Paste butterfly as a new layer

Resize to 30%

Rotate right 20

Position upper left corner of your frame

Add drop shadow

Duplicate & mirror

Paste tag as a new layer

Resize 50%

Rotate right 45

Position near right side

Add drop shadow

Paste bear as a new layer

Resize to 30%

Position near left bottom corner of your frame

Add drop shadow

Repeat with the other bear placing at the lower right of your tag

Resize all layers to 70%

Add your name & your © info

Merge all

Save as jpg & you're all done!
