Supplies Needed

The font I used is called Hollywood, you can get it here
Animation Shop
The tube I used is by Gothique Starr, you will need a license to use which you can purchase from PTE here
Open a new transparent canvas 700x700, we will resize later
Select all
Paste paper 1 into selection
Add new raster layer
Floodfill with red
Change layer properties to Soft Light
Deselect
Merge down
Paste element 2 (7) as a new layer
Resize to 40%
Using your selection too select the screen area
Expand 5
Add a new raster layer
Floodfill with black
Do Not Deselect
Paste the close up of your tube as a new layer
Resize as needed to fit on the screen
Invert your selection
Delete
Deselect
Paste the full size tube as a new layer
Resize as needed
Add drop shadow
Paste element 1 (3) as a new layer
Resize to 50%
Position over the full size tube
Add drop shadow
Move to below the full size tube layer
Paste element 1 (6) as a new layer
Resize to 10%
Rotate right 30
Position near upper right corner of screen
Add drop shadow
Paste element 1 (7) as a new layer
Resize to 10%
Rotate left 30
Position near lower right corner of screen
Add drop shadow
Paste element 1 (13) as a new layer
Resize to 30%
Select all>Float>Defloat
Add new raster layer
Floodfill with red
Change layer properties to hard light
Merge down
Add drop shadow
Paste element 2 (6) as a new layer
Resize to 10%
Add drop shadow
Add your name
Resize all layers to 75%
Add your © info
Merge all layers and copy/paste into animation shop
Multiply until you have 10 frames
Select all
Animation
In PSP open paper 4
Resize to the same size as your tag, mine is 525x525
Copy & paste into animation shop
On the tool bar click on Effects>Insert image transition
Effect Curtains
Transition Length 1.7
Frames per second 6
Delete the last frame
Copy frame 1 and paste after current
Activate frame 1, Click on the text tool, find your text and enter your text onto the first frame
On frame 1 & 11, Set frame properties to 150
Frames 2 - 10 set frame properties on 45
Select all
Grabbing the curtain by the first frame drag it onto frame 1 of your tag
When it's in position let go
View your animation
If everything looks good save a gif & you're all done!
