The tube I used is Clown by PFD, you can get this tube from PFD here
The name of my font is Jungle Juice
I used size 72 & 85
Open a new transparent canvas 700x700, we will resize later
Select all
Paste paper 2 into selection
Deselect
Paste glitter as a new layer
Resize to 120%
Duplicate, mirror & merge down
Add an inner bevel
Paste frame 2 as a new layer
Click inside with your magic wand
Expand 3
Add a new raster layer
Paste paper 1 into selection
Deselect
Move to below your frame
Add an inner bevel & drop shadow to your frame
Paste your tube as a new layer
Resize as needed
Add drop shadow
Move to below your frame
Paste banner as a new layer
Resize to 75%
Position at the top of your frame
Add an inner bevel & drop shadow
Paste ribbon 2 as a new layer
Resize to 50%
Position on your frame as shown on my tag
Add drop shadow
Paste cupcake as a new layer
Resize to 20%
Duplicate & hide original
Resize to 50%
Apply mura meister copies
Line, number 13
Position at the bottom of your tag
Add drop shadow
Unhide your cupcake
Position on left side of your frame
Add drop shadow
Duplicate, mirror & merge down
Paste hat as a new layer
Resize to 50%
Position near your tube
Add drop shadow
Paste candle as a new layer
Position on left side
Add drop shadow
Duplicate, mirror & merge down
Duplicate 2 times
Apply eyecandy fire
Settings>small candle
Basic>column length 80>flame width 5
Colors>natural flame colors
Repeat on other 2 layers clicking on the random seed button each time
Resize all layers to 70%
Add your text, name & © info
Animation:
Hide animation 2 & 3
Merge visible
Copy & paste into animation shop
Undo your merge
Hide animation 1 & unhide #2
Merge & paste after current in animation shop
Undo your merge
Hide animation 2 & unhide #3
Merge visible & paste after current in animation shop
View your animation
Save as gif & you're all done!
