Supplies Needed
Frame I made for this tut here

Plugins
Eyecandy Texture Weave
DSB Flux Bright Noise

The tube I used Pussy Gilore (15-3) is by Deacon Black, you can purchase this tube from CDO here

The name of the font I used is Shutup
I used size 60



Open new transparent canvas 930x375, we will resize later
Floodfill with a color from your tube
Apply eyecandy texture weave
Settings>plain distorted rough edges
Basic>Pattern twill>ribbon width 12>gap width 5>gap fill black

Paste frame as a new layer
Resize to 75%
Click inside with your magic wand
Expand 3
Add a new raster layer
Floodfill with black
Move to below your frame layer
Apply dsb flux bright noise intensity 50, lighter checked

Paste your tube as a new layer
Resize as needed and add drop shadow
Position on the left side of your tag
Duplicate & mirror

Duplicate your left tube
Resize to 70%
Position in the center of your frame
Duplicate & mirror
Line up the tops of your two tubes
Rename these layers to animation 1 & 2

Add an inner bevel & drop shadow to your frame

Add a new raster layer
Floodfill with black
Contract 8
Delete & deselect
Add an inner bevel & drop shadow

Resize all layers to 70%

Add your text, name & © info



Animation:

Hide animation 2
Merge visible
Copy & paste into animation shop

Undo your merge
Hide animation 1 & unhide #2
Merge & paste after current in animation shop

I set my frame properties at 45

View your animation

Save as gif & you're all done!
