Wild West Cowgirl

Supplies you will need:
Scrapkit Wild Wild West by Soxsationalscraps here
Pattern here

I used the fabulous artwork of Tim Lowery.  You must have a license to use his art which you can get here

New transparent canvas 700x700, we will resize later
Floodfill with pattern

Paste frame 3 as a new layer
Resize to 110%

Using your magic wand click inside the frame
Expand 5
New layer
Paste paper 10 into layer
Do not Deselect

Paste your tube as a new layer
Resize as needed
Invert your selection
Press the delete key
Deselect

Paste wheel as a new layer
Resize to 50% and position into place on the lower right

Paste fence as a new layer
Resize to 75%
Position into place
Move layer to below the wheel

Paste grass flower as a new layer
Resize to 40%
Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3
Mirror one
Place the other one in the middle
Merge these 3 layers and move to below the fence layer

Paste wordart 3 as a new layer
Resize to 75%
Rotate left 90
Position to the left side of the frame

Paste hat 2 as a new layer
Resize to 35%
Position over the left fence post

Add border with a contrasting color, 12 pixels around
Select with your magic wand
Floodfill with a color from your tag
Apply inner bevel using bevel #3 width 4
Deselect

Add border, 20 pixels
Select with your magic wand
Floodfill with your pattern
Deselect

Repeat the first border

Resize all layers to 70%

Add your © info and your name

Merge all

Save as jpg and you're all done!
